Copper Beech Inn

Good location. Spacious room. The inn interior and exterior is need of care/maintenance, as things are tired overall. Breakfast was included ($20 worth which was enough to cover a meal and a hot or cold drink) but the options were very limited and everything was quite heavy/oily and not well cooked. Some lighter options would be good and cooking could be improved.

Property was very nice and staff upon arrival was very helpful in getting us checked in. The room was very nice and clean, and the building overall was charming. The toilet in the room needed service however as we had to hold down the handle anytime it was used, and check out was not quite as friendly and staff felt short and eager to get us out. Not a bad place by any standard, but not unique for what you get for the cost.

I wish every B&B owner would take note of this property! Honestly one of the best experiences. From the moment you drive through the area. Such a quaint New England block with beautiful homes. The foyer had a wonderful scent of Fall. Staff was so friendly. The home is tastefully decorated. Our room was beautiful. Room #4. Very comfortable. Tv,AC, sitting area, incredibly comfortable bed/bedding, ample storage, fully equipped bathroom with plenty of hooks (nothing worse than a bathroom with no hooks/towel rack). Our breakfast was delicious too. Thank You Copper Beech Inn for a wonderful Fall getaway. Can't wait to return!!

This place is a gem and the service was extraordinary. The bed was super comfy and the room was amazing. Unfortunately, we did not have dinner (although the menu looks good). We did have the brunch - which was very good. Next time (and there will be a next time) we'll check out the dinner situation.

We took the North Pole Express so it was such a convenient location.

We were happy with our 3 night stay at the Copper Beach but the facilities are due for some maintenance and repair. The main Inn needs to be painted and some wood rot was visible. Loose floor tiles in the restaurant, loose door knobs, cracked sink, stained carpets were some things we noticed. Our first room had a heating issue and the remote control did not work due to dead/corroded batteries. The staff was attentive and addressed the problem right away but we had to change rooms anyway. Second room was very nice and we were fine with the outcome. The breakfast was good and the choices adequate. This property could easily get a 9/10 rating with a bit of attention to detail.

I just find it hard to accept "obvious issues" when rooms are serviced daily and things don't get corrected before a complaint. Simple things like the loose door knobs can be addressed in less that 5 minutes but they don't get done. That bothers me. Sorry but I'm an inspector by trade. On a funny note the menus said 3 slices of French Toast but you only actually got 2. That's more of an observation than a complaint but if I had come in off the street and paid $15 for 3 slices I would expect 3 slices.

Our room was spacious, clean and our dinner was wonderful. It turned out to be a great find and we look forward to returning.
