The Westmarine Waterfront Hotel

Cuando cambiaron de nombre bajó mucho su servicio y calidad. Durante años avía llegado a este hotel pero ya van dos ocasiones que me dan un pésimo servicio. No pienso regresar

I was surprised by the four star rating. I was expecting more but it wasn’t to my expectation. The room doesn’t have fridge, microwave, and conditioner for hair. The hotel doesn’t have ice machine. We could charge to room when dinning at the restaurant on-site. However, the staffs are friendly and helpful.

The staff is polite and attentive. Hotel provides a hearty breakfast, but the line to get your meal is always long.

Comfortable stay with excellent reception, housekeeping and breakfast. Relaxing enjoyable view over marina and sea at front but apparently mountain at rear. Fair-size swimming pool with small hot jacuzzi-style pool.

We’ve stayed here many times and cannot say enough good things about the staff. They make you feel welcome and at home here. The entire property is very well-kept and rooms are very clean. Definitely our favorite hotel in La Paz.

Dirt sinks , showers , floors in room. Unsafe railings on all upper floors. The whole property smells like sewage. Construction going all day by the pool. Besides the noise the pool and staff were nice. Wayyyyy overpriced at $450 a night. It’s worth about half of that

The hotel was beautiful! Upon our arrival, we went to the front office to check in and we were very pleased with how quick and easy check in was but once we stepped out and had paid, the receptionist ran up to me and told me that the water and electricity would be cut for 2 hours. This was disappointing especially after we were tired and sweaty from our flight. We went straight to dinner without freshening up. Then we arrived and the water and electricity was back. The next day, the same thing happened except we were not even informed that we would once again have no electricity or water. This was very disappointing because it was a hot day and we wanted the AC on. When we angrily went to the reception, she practically said there was nothing they could do. Our stay would have been great if it was not for these issues.
