Very friendly staff. Rooms size convenient but small closet m. Water in the pool TOO COLD. We did not swim.

Got food poisining all 8 people from restaurant meal. 8 of 10 of us had the hamburger in the afternoon and woke up super ill. Toilets on bottom floor plugged 6 times, common bathroom behind front desk was plugged. The place needs to be more sanitary to improve my scores. This property could be great.

It was Con vient with a friendly staff. The amenities were also good.

Overall the property was acceptable, and people could speak English.. The rooms are nicely updated but very confining for two people (no lounge area in room) had to sit outside to relax etc. Nice view. Pricing IMO as a resident of Mexico - was a bit high for Baja. Breakfast was a little extra but worth the additional 10 USD. So overall OK.

Poor Custer service. Rented out the master suite only to find out there was no telephone line service to order dine-in room service. Furniture is old and out dated. Was directed to a what’s app whom never answered our texts or calls. The internment for cable TV did not función and after having a technician make an attempt to repair the issue which he could not fix we were offered to change rooms in the middle of the night. The next room we stayed in had broken mirror. Check out the next day and went to another hotel.

The hotel had no water and no lights the first day and a half we were there. There was trash around the hotel, clearly they aren't careful about where their trash goes. Our towels were never changed, the room was not properly cleaned, there was a terrible smell of sewage outside our room. It was easily the worst hotel I've stayed at. The only good thing I could say about it was the restaurant was ok.

Very run down hotel needs renovation ASAP
