Naples Bay Resort and Marina

My husband and I stayed here for one night to celebrate our anniversary, and we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the experience was from start to finish. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the property itself was beautiful and well maintained. What truly made our anniversary feel extra special was the thoughtful recognition we received — a welcome card and a small bottle of wine waiting for us in our suite. Those little touches really meant a lot. I also loved the bathrobes and slippers in the room — such a cozy, luxurious detail. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was perfect (which matters!), and everything felt clean and relaxing. We enjoyed both cafés on the property and had a few drinks by the pool, which made for a really enjoyable and laid-back getaway. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and exactly what we were hoping for. We would definitely return and would happily recommend this property to others looking for a special escape.

This was our eighth two to three-week stay during late December/early January at the resort. Naples is probably the nation’s most sophisticated resort town. For the “Foodie”, the resort is within walking distance of many four & five diamond-rated restaurants. We've always found our accomodations comfortable and well-appointed, The staff goes out of their way to ensure each guest is well-treated. The addition of Indulge, which ranks as one of the top restaurants in Naples, along with adding an adult section to the pool area are welcome changes. The fleet maintained by the Marina is in great condition and renting either an open-bow boat or trItoon makes for a great outing. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The resort was very nice. The staff extremely helpful and very nice to work with. Our condo was in a great location and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with good quality small appliances. The king bed was comfortable and the bathrooms had plenty of storage and space.

The condo was not cleaned very well before our arrival. Specifically the kitchen counters had not been properly wiped down…we found crumbs on both the counters and the floors. The dining table had not been cleaned properly. We found dirty pans and utensils in the cupboards and needed to wash things before our use. There was an old dirty coffee filter with old grounds left in the coffee machine. The lint filter in the dryer had not been cleaned after previous tenants use. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo upon our arrival.

Die ganze Anlage war ausgezeichnet. Vor allem die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Jachthafen war wunderschön. Auch die Küche in der Suite war großartig. Nur schade, dass wir hier nur einen Tag verbrachten. Hier wären wir gerne eine Woche oder länger geblieben, um die tolle Anlage zu nützen.

The room with the balcony overlooking the water was amazing. Bedding and sheets were fantastic.

The room was excellent all the way around. The best one we have been for sure. The pools are not so big but are well taken care off.

The pool bar food was NOT GOOD & grossly over priced. Had 5 order only the kids macaroni & chees was good. My BLT burger came undercooked & greasy, My Wife's Fried rice had a lot of ginger.
