"Great hotel "

8.0

Concierge service was great - excellent check in and explanation. Central location, 10-12 min walk from Moscow train station. Surrounded with malls and convenience stores. Cute al fresco area for hotel meals. Breakfast was good and complete. Only not so good is thin flooring. You can hear guests' foot steps and my room vibrated when other guests shut the doors.

"Good"

4.0

The room was very small with a view to a wall! The bathtub had a small glass portion and the water would run to the floor, it was so poorly designed and was very inconvenient. The floor would stay with water for hours! The breakfast was fine. Some for the staff were helpful and hospitable, but the service was inconsistent, there were times that would simply ignore you. Overall, it is not worth the money paid.

"Great "small" luxury hotel"

10.0

Wonderful hotel. Feels like a luxury hotel even though it's smaller / more quaint. Hotel features a quiet courtyard that is walled off from the busy (and louder) street by elegant glass doors at the entrance; the outdoor seating, with tables, couches and heat lamps, is amazing. Rooms are clean; very attentive staff; perfect stay. If I were forced to choose one thing that wasn't perfect, I'd note that the rooms are a BIT on the smaller side (though still very nice)...and what do you expect? You're in the middle of a bustling city. Would definitely come again.

"Stay cosy in style, feelings of care and warmth "

10.0

I had a one night stay during my short visit to the Northern Capital of Russia. Early December is not a busy tourist season, but you can enjoy all the beauty of Christmas lights of the historic city centre. And I was lucky to have a free upgrade room from single to double. It wasn’t big, but very clean, cosy and stylish, good price/value for my pocket. Primarily young staff was very friendly, helpful and proactive. Complementary drink at singing in made my day after awful BA food on the flight. Restaurant food and breakfast was delicious, even a glass of champagne. Russian celebrities and businessmen are regular stayers. The Hotel manager is very helpful. If you follow his Instagram @yunis_helvetiadeluxehotel before staying you will see yourself and it might help as well ;)
