Very welcoming to guests, gentlemen on arrival on day we arrived 16th was super helpful and friendly Rooms were super clean, cleaning team come in daily and fresh towels every day ! Pool was lovely, only had one morning when we used it but glad we had a chance 😊 Breakfast was lovely. No typical English breakfast which we thought was a breath of fresh air ! Got to taste more Italian style breakfasts ! They had eggs or alternatives but I tried pretty much something different every morning ! Location perfect for everything we needed for a friend's wedding! Central enough and walkable distance to food, other hotels we visited for wedding and nice distance to town/port. So much to explore ! An extra bonus was we left a bag in our room on departure and contacted the hotel via message once we got back to UK and they found the bag and kept it for us! A friend was going to collect it and bring it home ! Superb service 👏 well done team !

Not much didnt like....just some things I found the bed a little too firm for my liking but by the 3rd night I got used to it ! Partner enjoyed the firm bed ! Leaving the keys at reception was a little odd to me as never done that before. But there is only 1 key for guests. Old style key to lock doors but not a problem just observation !

Breakfast ok, could have been more variety Location good, not far from Sorrento centre and port, excellent restaurant opposite hotel, loved the roof terrace, Gino in restaurant was very pleasant, great service from him

Some f the staff weren’t as friendly as others Could do with more mirrors in rooms On the whole a good hotel
