The staff on both nights and in the morning were very personable and kind. It is in a good location, close to food and shops.

The room smelled strange - the air was very stale and the blankets had fabric pilling on them I wasn’t sure initially if it was that or bed bugs. And the fan/ air was cycling throughout the night.

Paid for six nights stayed four nights checked out was told money would go back on my card but never did and they just kept putting me off stayed four nights and never got any room service hotel is dirty breakfast is low grade dog food staff doesn’t know what they are and when the manager shows up she is rude and mean everything is broken if you go here don’t give a card or just sleep in your car it will be more comfortable cleaner and you will be better satisfied

I've stayed at this location several times over the years and really enjoyed it. I was nervous about staying here based on recent reviews but decided to go for it. I booked a week ahead directly with this location for a whirlpool suite. Upon arrival on a Monday evening, I was greeted by a very friendly woman at the front desk. My room was clean, a comfortable bed,and had an enjoyable whirlpool experience. I did use the pool which was clean and the water temperature was very good. Some things that I did notice from previous visits: the hot tub at the pool is out of order- I guess it has been for some time,the morning breakfast has much less to offer - basically waffles,cold cereal, and fruit,the tv in the room has very few channels to watch. On the whole,a good experience though.

Manager at front desk very rude. Se veryfort fidgety. Seemingly under the influence of some sort of drugs. Alicia Rininger the GM is very impolite unprofessional and very aggressive to guest. I was subject to an argument and an attempt to steal cash from my account. This place is a dump. And their GM makes this place worst. She talks about ownership as if they non existent and she runs the place. I REALLY believe she’s altering rates and pocketing money for her personal use.

The first room we were in the air didn’t work after 6 hours, the second room we found a bedbug, the 3rd, 4th and 5th room all had bed bugs. At this point we asked for a refund and left the hotel.

Easy to get to from interstate. Several restaurants nearby to choose from.
