No soap in room called front desk and no answer couldnt shower

Stayed there for the pool and hot tub but hot tub was not working

Average hotel booked last minute after booking wrong week at another hotel Sofa bed was stuck open in our room. Shower curtain rod was falling out of the wall Staff was nice breakfast was average we ate elsewhere

Refrigeration pulsating sound coming from the 3rd floor ceiling all night and a white noise machine couldn’t drown it out. No eggs sausage or bacon, mostly carbs for the breakfast so very disappointing I needed to supplement. bath fan super loud. Shower head has a loud high pitched annoying whine that never went away tried adjusting it a couple times through the cycles. Coffee was not acceptable either. Spa tub down for maintenance.

Room was good location on 1st floor however found popcorn kernel on floor and dirty coffee filter in coffee pot.

Pool was dirty and hot tub was broken. Breakfast was OK not a lot of choices. Cereal was labeled brand but was off brand. Example, no snap, crackel, pop to rice Krispy cereal.

This is a great place to stay. Very welcoming and professional staff. The General Manager Alicia has always taking care of me and all the other guests with anything we needed help with. The place is clean and very friendly. As long as we are treated like we are welcomed to be here, that's goes a long way. I will definitely continue staying here everytime I come to Chambersburg

It was well located and comfortable beds.

Our room was never cleaned while there for four nights. We had to keep going to the front desk every day for towels and soap. We complained each day about no one cleaning and was told they would clean the next day which never happened. Breakfast was very mediocre with stale muffins and bagels. Find another place to stay because I will not be staying there again.
