Grand Beach Condominiums by Wyndham Vacation Rentals

Overall, OK. Some room for improvement: 1. Condo land line phone did not work 2. Road noise from the living area was a nuisance at night 3. Laundry included but overheated and stopped running mid-cycle. Would restart after a long wait. 4. No spices or other longer term items included. Spice rack there but empty. 5. No restock of soap and other items during a week long stay. Only one packet of laundry detergent in the week. 6. Bunk beds are for short people, not > 6 ft. Had to purchase at the store. Good things: Surveillance cams on parking area and patrols by security. Cheaper than high rent condos closer to The Hangout.

Great spring break getaway with family. Very friendly security guard at pool with helpful info about fun things to do in gulf shores!

I took my friend who is 76 years old and my nieces and nephews ranging in ages from 5 to 14 years old. The view was perfect for meditation and devotion every morning and a spectacular way to end the evenings. Having such easy access to the beach made the walk back and forth easy for everyone!! We also enjoyed eating at the local beach resturaunts and great places to explore for shopping!! We will definatley be making this trip again next year!!

It was clean and big enough for my family of five. Having the washer/dryer in the room, along with the kitchen was very helpful.

we booked this condo and when we checked in we were put in a smaller condo. alled island shores. it was nice but we did not get bunk beds like we were suppost to. also the island shores condo is older than the one we booked but it was right on the beach. not sure if we will trust expedia in the future.

Hotels.com should mention the location of the actual check-in is different than the posted address. That would've improved the arriving part of the trip. Access to the beach is good, except for having to cross the main beach road.

For my family's first trip to Gulf Shores, this was a great place to stay. we easily could have slept 6 people in our 1-bedroom condo because there was a sleeper sofa and bunk beds in a little niche off the living room. We cooked quite a bit, and we had all the basic utensils and such we needed. Grand Beach was a short walk from the beach.

It was a nice place and I would stay there again, but not in the same room or even on the same floor. There is not a view of the water like we were told, but there is on upper levels. This however was not the fault necessarily of the hotel but of Expedia.
