THERE WAS NO BREAKFAST OR EVEN A PLACE TO HAVE IT IF THEY DID. THE PRICE WE LIKED BUT EXPECTED MUCH MORE FROM AN AMERICA'S BEST VALUE INN.

THERE WAS NO SOAP OR HAND SANITIZER, OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT, IN THE ROOM. THERE WAS ONLY 1 HALF ROLL OF TOILET PAPER. THERE WAS THE BASE FOR A BLOW DRYER BUT THE DRYER WAS GONE. THERE WAS NOT AN ELECTRICAL PLUG ANYWHERE WITHIN REACH OF EITHER BED AND I WAS UNABLE TO USE MY C-PAP MACHINE. THE TOILET ALMOST OVERFLOWED AND WE HAD TO RUN TO THE OFFICE TO GET A PLUNGER AND PLUNGE IT OURSELVES. THE BEDS WERE SLIDING OFF THE FRAME AND VERY, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN OUR STAY.

Grossest motel I have ever stayed in. Stains on pillows and bedding. I required them to take them away and remake the bed. Sofa was dirty and stained. Door and wall had dents, stains on the floor. Outside areas were filled with trash. Broken down truck with flat tires parked in front of room. Never again!

The place was very quiet the walls weren't so thin that I could hear my neighbors every word in the bed was amazing. The pillows were thick and fluffy, the ac/heating unit worked exceptionally well

I feel like I paid for a certain amenities that were included in the pricing but, the place did not meet my expectations as advertised I'm a little disappointment that I paid such a huge price for no such luxuries. That place advertises Wi-Fi and free continental breakfast including breakfast tables. However they do not serve breakfast as I expected.

Very very basic. Could use a remodel. Furniture old. WiFi miserable. Reserved accessible room, but toilet standard height- very difficult problem if you have hip/knee issues. Location is close to places to get coffee and early breakfast.

Wi-Fi. Very few outlets for charging electronics.

100 dollars for a broken bed and filthy linen and carpets! Shame on the owner for charging 100 dollars for a roach hotel! Will never be back if I wasn't so tired from my drive I would have never stayed there! Should have stayed in my car!

The front desk lady was little to no help at all. At first she told me I did not have a reservation, H‑E‑B I showed he my confirmation she said, oh there it is. Then she informed me that “THAT THEY DO NOT SETVE BREAKFAST!” I tried to call the front desk three times letting it ring at least 10 times each call. She said it rang once and nobody was there when she answered it. I called because there is a light bulb missing in the lamp between the two beds. She did not seem concerned when I told her that the mirror above the bathroom sink is broken and the hair dryer is missing. (she did not offer to get me one to replace it) even after I told her I did not want to be accused of taking it (or worse charged for it after I check out. The plug by the sink in the bath area does not work and the coffee pot looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year, the stains on the side chair are so bad I won’t even put my shoes on it. You could say there is a desk, but it’s more like a table, cuz there’s no chair. There is not one outlet to plug in my laptop and there are no outlets by the night stand for our phones or a clock. The inside lock is hanging on by one screw and the curtains n look like they will fall apart if I try to move them. I have stayed at Americas Best Value Motel in several locations but this place is the pits. The reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE so we’re stuck here or out the $70 we paid for an $8.00 room. We won’t be back to this location not ever.
