Clean overall and Ok for the price.. Staff is friendly.

Smelled like an ashtray. Says $200 fee for smokers, hope they get their money because people are smoking in it. Nasty stench

Quiet roadside motel. Felt like I’d stepped back to the ‘60’s, but w all modern amenities.

We literally booked it while at a restaurant down the street. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.Price very reasonable.Definitedly will use them again

The bath had poop smeared on the door. The beds was very uncomfortable.

The room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Great price too! But the main reason I wanted to give them a review was the service. I accidentally left my drivers license at the front desk. They called twice and when the connection didn’t go through, the lady drove to my room and flagged me down as I was leaving to tell me that my license was at the desk. For 60 bucks a night and a king bed with cable and a nice hot shower, you can’t beat that. That’s my go-to place when I’m in Gainesville.

Where my room was the parking space was inclined Andi fell flat on my face and manager just shrugged when I told him at checkout, so will not use again at this location

Its ok the bed are way to soft is good but they where so lumps is one check in was not in till 3 pm all other places is noon. sleepy and tired of driving you have to wait never again .at this place .
