Beachside Resort Hotel

Location was perfect. Very clean and updated. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Everything. Confirtable and nice

We stayed here 3 times last year, twice during peak season at reasonable prices. Until you realize you are a 2-star hotel only one step above a Motel 6, we refuse to pay your inflated rate of nearly 3 times what we paid last year and will drive to Pensacola or anywhere else than Gulf Shores. Bring your prices back to last year’s rates or you have lost us forever.

Not much just close to the beach

Lose wires hanging everywhere. Slow elevator and they put me on the 5th floor..pool was not clean because someone threw up in the pool and it was floating on top of the water

The only complaint was the pool had sea gull crap in it for 2 days until the rain came. Room was clean and convenient, could use a completed paint job in bathroom, updates have been done but holes not patched lots of extra length of cords to trip over by the bed and AC unit.

The office check-in staff were extremely pleasant very nice. The best part of the entire visit was how polite and pleasant they were.

stating that we had a balcony was no more than a walkway in front of the door not a balcony that you could sit out and enjoy the view. The door itself was very hard to open. The rooms were extremely dated. There were empty water bottles, and trash underneath the broken fold out sleeping chair. There was dried clumps of soap in the corners on the ledge of the bathtub hair in the bathtub, there was hair in the sink the lighting in the room very much needs to be upgraded, was minimal at best. The small coffee, making machine in the room, made one cup of coffee and then quit working.

Location was great. Located near beach and lots of restaurants and shopping places. Hotel was decent for a one or two day stay. Not great but not terrible either. Rooms were a bit small but they were clean. Bed was ok. Not a California King but it did the job for the day or so we needed to be there. Hostesses were nice and professional. Accommodated us as needed and responded very quickly to our requests. Had an ice cream parlor on site which was ok if you like ice cream lol. If you need food, restaurants across the street and next door. Pretty quiet area at night. Was not too much noise or chaos. Lots of parking available. Decent Stay. Would stay again for a short road trip.

Came in to stains on our sheets. Big "NO, NO". Hostesses were understanding and immediately got us a change of sheets. It looked like some chocolate ice cream stains or at least I hope it was ice cream stains and not the latter idea. Overall a decent hotel. Not great but not terrible either. Would stay again just for not long stays. Short stints would work!!
