"All in all it was a great stay here."

My room was big and comfortable and clean. The pool was awesome. Staff were great. Coffee was good.

Y’all stopped serving free breakfast. Which sucks big time. I’ve always stayed here when we came to Gulf Shores. I may not again unless there is breakfast again.

"Where's my breakfast"

Pool was great and room was mid central location and ice cream spot was good

Website said breakfast was included. Not even some cold cereal. Floor was kinda grimey like they only sweep not mop. All pool furniture was broken

The two ladies checking in all us guests that arrived at the same time were awesome! The full size refrigerator was great to have in my room. I alway appreciate the in room coffee. This hotel was so peaceful and quiet at night. I do have few negative thoughts about my stay. 1. The mattress in my room was so horrible that I flipped it hoping it would help with the big hole in it, right where you lay down it absolutely offered no support. 2. In the five nights and four days I was there I never got hot water to bath with it was alway just warm. 3. The exterior halls and the walls in the elevator really need a good cleaning.

Affordably priced! Hotel is close to the beach. Just have to walk across the street. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room and pool area was clean. There’s even an ice-cream shop located by the front entrance.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. We will be booking this hotel again for a future trip.
