Beachside Resort Hotel

I love that it is across from the beach and there is also Bahama Bob restaraunt right across the street. We love that and also the fact we can walk the strip to other stores.

Our room was not clean. When we first got in the room, our daughter noticed a blood stain on one of the beds, so we immediately had to strip that pillow case. There were also stains on the comforter sets and sheets on the other two beds. The floor kept getting wet, and we think it was because the refrigerator was too cold. In the bathroom, the shower curtain was stained and there was long strands of hair on the shower curtain and the tub. The tub was also not clean. We always pick this hotel, because it is very convenient and It usually is very clean, so we won't give up on it just yet. Maybe the housekeepers had a off day when cleaning the room. I hope they can get it together!

First family trip to the beach and we loved staying here staff was friendly, close to beach we just walked across the street. Rooms need updating but it was nice

Location to beach was really nice especially with the price paid. Was lucky to be on same floor as the pool access which thrilled the kids. Room was clean, beds comfortable and having decent sized refrigerator was really nice since had a longer stay time.

The laundry area was clean as was the washers and dryers. The problem faced with was the dryers filters weren't always being cleared out by the guests using them which was gross when we had to. The main deal was the dryers didnt dry hardly on the 30 minutes given. Even on high. It did if had 4- 5 pieces but we had 12-14 and they still were wet. Had to go to laundry mat

No phones worked, no table or chairs in the room,and sand was in the beds when we got in them

It was just across the street from beach access

Upon check in the room was not cleaned well, tile and grout mildewed and moldy, dirt in floors especially around toilet. Also dead bugs in corners. Live roach crawling on floor. No daily room cleaning- did request new towels and rags on the 2nd day and staff commented that we were getting too needy. Did not have any clean rags but they were all left in shower- at least 10 dirty rags even after we requested for a clean. When new towels were brought there was wads of hairs on the clean towels. Pool was extremely dirty and majority of lounge chairs were broken

Convenient to the beach

Our TV didn’t work, there was part of the ceiling hanging in bathroom. There were poorly patched areas on the walls and ceiling. The room door kept getting stuck and hard to get in to. Kept smelling marijuana on the property. The pool furniture was broken. The beds were so small my husband and I barely fit on them! Was told I would get a discount back, but never got one.
