La situación que tiene el hotel y las vistas del puerto. El personal del servicio son excepcionales con mucha atención hacia cliente y siempre con una sonrisa, no tengo palabras describir los profesionales que son.

Pienso que sería bueno una remodelación de los mobiliario de la habitación.

Soy persona con movilidas reducida de las dos rodillas y en la entrada principal tuve que subir muchas escaleras y la rampa esta lejos para mi. Tiene que poner un ELEVADOR al lado de las escaleras. Para personas mayores el accesobes INFERNAL. Gracias

La chica de recepción además de ser muy atenta ella sólita nos ayudo con todas las maletas!! Pongan a un bell boy que la ayude por favor. El hotel es muy bonito con una super vista. El ascensor hermoso. Desayuno rico.

Que los muebles ya se ven muy viejitos y acabados, podrían renovarlos.
