Palace Resort

My stay was amazing, the room was beautiful, and there was enough room and space for my family and me. Even though my room had a partial view, the view was still beautiful and relaxing.

The hotel was very clean and up to date for the most part. The staff was friendlly and its located in a very convenient place for walking to whatever you need. I really didnt loudness at the pool have any complaints except for the loudness at the pool. Security was even called but nothing was done. Thats the only complaint I have. Otherwise it was a great place to stay!

J’avais réservé un condo de luxe pour avoir une salle à manger on a eu un comptoir de cuisine pour manger et des tabourets qui ne sont pas du tout confortable chose qui a déclenché mes problèmes de nerf sciatique, l’odeur du sofa a été désagréable et le tapis aussi, j’ai été obligé de demander des draps pour couvrir le sofa question de bloquer l’odeur, le ménage n’est jamais fait durant notre séjour, le plancher a été toujours humide dès que le système de climatisation est arrêté enfin, l’immeuble a besoin d’une bonne rénovation le point positif, c’est que l’emplacement est impeccable proche d’un grand supermarché, la vu sur mer est magnifique et le personnel est très accueillant.

I didn't like that they didnt have housekeeping, but if you needed something you could call the front desk.

Corner room is a great view

Front Desk workers were rude. Ask for change and front desk stated they don’t have cash there so I had to go to the hotel next door and they were kind enough to give me change. Furniture need updating. Bathtub was half clean.

Multiple issues with a room 1711, beat up furniture , the worst spring mattress you can get. Glad there was a folding couch. Kitchen poorly equipped with a plastic stuff, no frying pan (had to buy one at the Walmart). Sinks clogged. Garbage under the bed. Zero cleaning supplies. 30” tv in the room with broken remote. 20” tv :) in the bedroom with no remote. AC unit loud as hell, wakes you up 10 times at night. Refrigerator making buzzing noise. With this “resort” is a hit and miss. Have to slam doors to close it. Sauna was out of order, same garbage by the pool outside for days. Bad smell in the lobby that staff tried to mask with air fresheners. Last year we get a great room, this year was pretty bad. Next year we will try our luck someplace else. Some condo owners don't care about their place at all. Best thing about this pace is location, 5 min from Walmart and great ocean view.

Very affordable stay.
