Doesn’t look like the pictures. Hotel is in bad condition. Outdated

i am devestated. i wanted to take my spouse to a nicer hotel for our i feel like this was a let down of a life time. hotel is very falsey advertising with those pictures from the “water park” to the pools to the rooms! my heart sank when i spent A LOT of money for 2 nights and saw what i actually paid for. then to get charged a hold for a security deposit when the room already smelled like cigarettes and was damaged and was disgustingly dirty is diabolical. there was also no free parking i had to pay day by day for parking. waste of money.

Very inconvenient having to go to another Hotel to check in. The room was nasty and old. I was suppose to have a ocean front room. The only view i had was a hotel garage. They're were people coming in and out cussing each other, arguing. It is not a pleasant or save place to stay.

Staff was wonderful. Resort poorly managed and unkept. TV fell from wall, bed was so old and run down we needed a chiropractor when we got home, the sofa bed fell apart. The pools stayed closed days after all other resorts alphas reopened after storm. Would be a great place if it was updated and better kept.

This was not a good look, this place is small and outdated. The room itself was clean. But very small. The elevator to the parking garage was broken the majority of our stay. I had to walk to the 5th lvl of the parking deck. The bed in the room felt like a brick. This bed was so hard that we were forced to try the couch bed in the living room. It was hard too. We were not able to relax here and it smelled like weed everywhere. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Roaches. Roaches, and more roaches. Within the first hour of a 4 night stay, we discovered this place was in fact infested with roaches. Got moved to a different room which was even worse! Words CANNOT describe the misleading pictures of the entire place vs reality. Literally did not sleep the entire night, and good thing we didn’t because the amount and size of bed bugs on the bed, would be enough to carry you to the beach in your sleep.. I hope this message finds the right place so others are warned. Iowan here, and we don’t do roaches nor bed bugs, especially roaches that can fly…

The parking elevator wasnt working, the hallways smelled really bad of smoke, the rooms were clean, the kitchen was functional, there werent enough luggage carts, the view from the room was beautiful.

Don’t stay here!

Very much liked the location was walkable

After we arrived go to check in they charged me 60.00 to park in there parking garage. Then they put a 250.00 hold on my card for 3 days. Elevators to the parking garage not working all the time. All of the info should of been included if not in price i payed by maybe in the wording.
