Very good tub! and very good access to the beach.

Pictures are very deceiving. Everything was subpar. There were holes in the wall behind the bed. There was an odor that we couldn't get rid of. We were supposed to be in a one bedroom but it was a studio. Staff was not friendly they were upset to be at work. Im used to upbeat friendly faces welcoming you to check in, she was the complete opposite almost annoyed thay we came. The water park is for the hotel across the street but it closes at 5 and only has slides no pool.

The location was the only thing good about this place. Rooms were dirty and had a terrible smell bed wheels were broken termites started getting all over the room the location and view is a amazing but I won’t ever stay at this hotel again

The property was very dirty found fescue in the bathroom blood on pillow and sheets when brought to their attention tried insinuating it was from us this was our send room the 1st one the toliet was about to fall over and the smell of marijuana was horrible says no pets allowed well there were many. We got a $50 voucher because of they nastiness but after ordering the restaurant called and were out of buns and called back again were out of fries mind you they only served mostly sandwiches. Do NO RECOMMEND

Needs renovations badly ! There was a crack/hole in our tub that was taped up and looked cringy . We had to go purchase a shower rug to cover it up . Remodeling needs to be done badly !

Very good customer service

Me and my kids traveled and got to the hotel late so we had to check in to their sister property next door, got to the room the room was nothing like they advertised online, it was horrible and outdated my kids said they will rather sleep in the car rather that room, so we went back next door and asked them to give us another room or asked if they had anything available unfortunately they didn’t and we ended up sleeping in the car because everything in the area was booked for the most part and it was 2 am when we arrived and now the hotel don’t want to refund my money when I clearly didn’t spend 5 minutes in that room they must be broke! Don’t stay here!

Staff

1st time staying at The Palace. Ebony- the GM worked the desk, checked on all areas of the hotel. She was friendly and courteous upon my arrival. Also i would like to mention, lady with short blond afro cut and courtney? Was pleasant upon my arrival. I had an issue in my room, facilities were there in 15 minutes and resloved it. They have a restaurant onsite, 7pm fire show when available, 2 free waterpark tickets daily, dj on select friday and Saturday in season and weather permitting. My room waa cleaned and adequately staffed with linens. Cost was correct upon arrival. My room was ready and it was wonderful. Plenty of parking for Handicap too. I will return.

Room was mediocre, at best. It was listed as ocean front angle room; it was on the backside of the hotel i would have listed as ocean view if that. The fridge didn’t work when we got in the room so all the stuff we got we put in the freezer because it was colder. They came and fixed it on day 2 of 3. The shower doors wouldn’t stay on track and my daughter got stuck in the shower. They only supplied you with one blanket for the pull out couch and it was thin so my kids had to cuddle to use the one blanket. Water pressure in the shower was terrible took forever to get my shampoo rinsed out.
