Beautiful view of the Ocean and City from our room

Overall stay was great. Beach location was amazing. The kids loved the pools and hot tubs. Burgers at the restaurant in the hotel were very good. The place could use some updates and a couple more people cleaning up in common areas throughout the day, But overall, it was sufficient for our three night stay.

The overall stay was good. Yes, the property could use some updates but it wasn’t in terrible shape. My 1bdr angle ocean view condo was nice and spacious enough for my family. I didn’t have any rodents in my room as many reviews have said. Cons: BE AWAR: either a $250 refundable deposit or pay a one time flat rate of $39 for parking. Better house keeping, sweeping and mopping floors of the rooms and the pools should be skimmed and cleaned every morning. No breakfast offered. Pros: Great location, Awesome ocean views and beach access, waterpark access, on-site security, calm property, good for families.

Dirty

Our room was dirty upon arrival. Not enough towels, washcloths or anything really inside room. Toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor, into the hallway. Maintenance came and looked at it, but didn’t fix the issue. Towels had to be left on the floor just to walk around in those areas without getting feet wet or slipping. Very very noisy. Unsure what it was from but it was all day and all night. Sounded like metal hitting metal. The ocean view was great, the separate bedroom was great, hot water was good and staff were friendly.

Close to the beach and staff was great

If I could rate this hotel a -1000 I would. We planned to stay 2 nights and at arrival to the parking garaged we were immediately skeptical on the quality of this hotel. My husband went inside to check us in, and came out to tell me that we needed to pay to park at the hotel. We then proceeded to gather our things and head to our room. The elevators hardly worked, and were dirty on the inside. As soon as we stepped outside of the elevator we were hit with the smell of smoke and weed. Walking to our room we noticed the floors were dirty and had white dust and pieces of plastic. Upon entering our room we were greeted with a room that was NOT cleaned. There was scuff marks all over the walls in the room. The floors were dirty and had stains all over the carpet. There was boogies on the wall, and the kitchen table was still dirty. The top of the fridge was caked in dirt like I wasn’t cleaned in months. We found hair and some dirty substance on the bathroom counter. Bed sheets looked dirty. The door didn’t have a lock so anyone could’ve entered our room at any point. Hotel staff was unfriendly, they disabled our cards after coming to the front desk to ask for a refund due to the nature or the room and hotel in general, so we were looked out of our room with all of our stuff inside.

Whew! It was right on the beach, that was the best part, we had a great view, and kitchen. The hotel its self had a smell, like stale cigarettes, and mold maybe. The room was not clean, there were stains on the comforters, and I did not trust sitting on the couch in the room. Bring your own linen!!!! Although we requested fresh linen, it was still rather stained!

Loved it

The property was average, not horrible for one night stay. Property needs to be remodeled with better amenities. Great location with great views of the beach.
