Casa Conde Apartamentos

I liked the cleanliness, security, and atmosphere. The staff was helpful and very nice. I was there for a 4-night stay. Due to the circumstances, we are in we could only use the pool. The restaurant was closed.

The property was clean and safe. There limited amenities. Breakfast was sporadic....not consistent.

The property was beautiful when we first stayed here 7 years ago. However, I don't think anything has been updated since then. The rooms are clean, but they are in desperate need of maintenance. Everything is worn and falling apart. The hot tub is closed for maintenance, sauna is closed. Restaurant, the best feature, is closed. We were very disappointed in our stay this time and will be looking for another hotel for next year.

Nice facility, kitchen but without basic cooking utensils pans etc. Not sure if you could request those items, As we did not plan to cook. Otherwise very nice and clean. The pool is very cold, and the hot tub cooler than bath water. The restaurant had very good food, as well as the Breakfast that was included. I felt it was a very good value for the $.

The property was meticulously maintained. The staff were busy working all the time, but still always has time for smiles and any request we might have. I have nothing but good things to report about Casa Conde..

Room and service was amazing. The only complaint was when we showered it seemed there was a leak and the floor was flowing w water around the toilet. Loved the washer and dryer and the complimentry fruit plate was delicious!

The people were nice! Especially Vladimir at the front desk.
