Nice and secure

It used to be nice, a bit rundown , but still lots of potential. No restaurant or bar , pool only disinfected once a week. Not good!!! Good service from room maids , very nice and same with front desk and guards , very nice

Keys would only work some of the time. Paid for a breakfast included and the kitchen has been closed for more than a year so guess what no breakfast. Electricity would go off every day. No hot water so had to take cold shower. Hotels.com shout check places before they rent them. I am now at another location rented through Hotel.com and it is terrible also

The main reason for my negative review is cleanliness. Even with Covid they couldn’t be bothered to really clean the room. I could see other guest finger marks in different contact points including the kitchen cabinets and stove (which btw was full of grease). All the furniture and even the bedding seem to be a bazillion years old since everything is creaky, falling apart and full of tears.

The murals on the property buildings are beautiful. Friendly staff and the premises are quiet.

Because the Covid 19 restrictions my state was not quite good. 1- No restaurant service at all at the hotel. Not breakfast, not any kind of food available. 2- No water, no beverages at all can be get at the hotel. Really frustrated. Need to buy groceries. Hotel is not located close to any supermarket. That information was not explain at web page.

It may have been great in the past. But, during the COVID-era, the property is almost deserted. The restaurant was closed. Exercise equipments were broken and remained unrepaird.

Very nice property with an awesome pool area the roo. Was very clean, spacious qnd had a lot of extras.

Disappointed, spa, no restaurant. Room was not like the pictures. Pictures were of Master Suite. They did accommodate 2nd floor to 1st floor but first floor room was moldy and mildew smell. My wife was very upset so we asked for a refund and were told no. We ended up leaving and booking another place.

Casa Condo is a charming, pet-friendly hotel that has a great pool area and friendly staff. The rooms come with a kitchen that included a washer dryer combo that was great. The only detractor was that we needed to ask for the kitchen to be stocked with cutlery and crockery after we checked in but they were very quick to supply what was needed. We were always greeted with friendly staff that couldn't do enough to help make our stay comfortable. It is also within walking distance to a great park where loads of people were walking, running, playing football - lovely to have such an open green space so close by.
