Whitewater Inn

The property and our room was very nice. Loved the price.

The lobby is gorgeous. The pool is warm with extended hours. The staff does the room daily which is not common nowadays. The breakfast starts at 6 am which is convenient so we can reach Yellowstone early.

Would stay here again for sure! Comfy room and it was clean!

Very nice stay

Hotel room was very drab and dark. It is definitely a dated hotel and needs a refresh. We had to go to the front desk and request toilet paper and Kleenex, as there was not enough in our room for the night. The coffee pot was full of water, which is understandable since it didn’t work. There are also little tiny brown bugs flying around in the room. It was relatively clean.

Excellent location with friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable and very large. Bathroom is in need of an update and caulking for nice appearance. Good breakfast with nice variety.

The facilites were excellent! The indoor pool is long enough to do laps in! Very clean and comfortable!

Stay and the on site staff were wonderful. The follow up post stay was anominable. Trying to get a receipt of stay has cost me an hour of my tine without resolution. Be careful with BigSkyResorts. Rude telephone staff and no interpersonal skills.
