I called prior to check in to cancel, as my traveling companion became ill at the last moment. They refused to credit me. Customer Service needs improvement!

Free washer and dryer!

The exact location was difficult to find by GPS and we had to inquire at a local sporting store. Otherwise the hotel was good.

Pool, hot tub, free laundry, breakfast was good, rooms were clean

Comfortable, but continental breakfast was quite modest; I was wondering which continent!

Very beautiful room and really enjoyed the hot tub in our room. The only thing I would recommend is installing an elevator in such a nice place. We are elderly, and it was not real easy to take stuff up the stairs.

This is a well-maintained and clean property. The pool and hot tub area were in excellent condition. The desk attendant was very efficient and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The only problem we have is an air conditioner than doesn’t cool properly. The thermostat is set to 60 and it might be down to 68 at best, which is warmer than we prefer for sleeping. We will report it when we check out as it isn’t a big enough deal to be worth changing rooms

Situato a circa 45 minuti dalla West Entrance of Yellowstone NP, questo hotel consente di fare il check-in anche in tarda ora. Stanza grande, dotata di un grande frigo+freezer, microonde e macchinetta del caffè. Bagno dotato di bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo. Ottima la possibilità di poter usufruire gratuitamente della lavanderia all'interno dell'hotel (lava e asciuga). Vista la zona piuttosto isolata abbiamo anche apprezzato la presenza di varie macchinette automatiche dalle quali abbiamo preso la cena poi scaldata in stanza. Anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito, c'è una bella piscina all'interno con tanto di scivolo. Location tra le montagne, davvero ottimo. Colazione molto ricca sia salata che dolce.

Cecil at the front desk was amazing. Great breakfast buffet, clean room, and cozy beds.

We had a beautiful king room. Very clean and comfortable and lots of room. Pool area was clean and relaxing. Would stay again!
