"Excellent"

Clean, but room walls show wear and tear. Bit of a dank/musty odor but not noticeable after being in room after a bit. Indoor Pool and Spa, clean and warm/hot. Super nice staff. Good conty breakfast. I'd stay again. Shower kicks ass with pressure.

"1 Night Stay "

My son and I stayed for 1 night and we both slept great! It felt like we were sleeping on clouds...the beds were so comfortable. The waterslide was so much fun! Not a lot of options for breakfast but we made do. Their breakfast burritos were good!

The room is very spacious and clean! The bathroom is clean and the bed is comfortable! Cecil, the staff at the front desk, is very nice, friendly, and professional! The breakfast has various food options! The free laundry is especially appreciated! We had a very nice stay!

The water slide was the best for kids and adults! Breakfast could be better. No pancakes or waffles. All to go items (bagels, English muffins, bread, microwave burritos, cereal). Staff were all friendly and polite. Rooms were nice. Super noisy in the morning from other guests before 8:30am (it was like they were the only ones to think about). That was for both our mornings there.

"Worst experience. Un supportive "

Horrible, after we entered the room the look and feel is worst. The photos are misleading on the site. I immediately search for rooms availability in the other hotels and checked out. We did not get any refund, we requested to provide atleast partial refund but they did not help us. Please be careful to book a room here. Hotels.com also did not help us. A big no in my opinion

"Great Pool with Slide "

Hotel and pool were great. Our only complaint was that there was a gross crunchy spot on the carpet that looked relatively fresh. We got in late so we didn't contact the desk and just put something over it so that no one stepped on it. Housekeeping should have caught that the day before.
