"Disappointing room but good service"

Lobby looks like a 5 star property but room was a 3 star at best. Room was dated and needed multiple items repaired. Breakfast offerings were nice and staff very friendly and helpful. One nice perk is that laundry area and supplies are complimentary.

We unfortunately got in too late to take advantage of the amenities like the pool and hot tub. The included breakfast was pretty good, with both hot and cold options.

Checking into the hotel was a quick and easy process. The hotel staff was very nice and is very convenient. The room was clean and they even left a note welcoming us and the pool was big and had a water slide! My kids had a blast. I definitely recommend
