Good location: close to the Cape Town at the beach, quiet place, safe and comfortable.

The hotel is centrally located. View is amazing. Room itself is well kept, however corridors are neglected and often not cleaned. Daily cleaning was not done properly in room. Bathroom in reception is disgusting.

We had a very enjoyable stay with our family in four of the apartments. Two of the families have very young children and cots were provided. Don't know if we will get back, but we could recommend this location to others. It was great!

Accommodation is well situated. Reception was very efficient and had everything ready for me when I got there. Secure parking with easy access to reception area. Apartment needs minor attention such as dripping bath tap and loose door-handles by bedrooms. It is easy to forget the small things as we enjoyed our stay thoroughly in Cape Town. Will return to Sunstays Lagoon Beach again soon.

The place was excellent and server our needs perfectly. I truly enjoyed the comfort of an apartment for my family and the service provided was top notch.

Honestly one of the best locations in Cape Town and the view to beach from room was amazing. Enjoyed the calmness of early morning breeze right in the room. The hotel is clean and staff is helpful. Maybe a few more of staff members can be helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean and showers and bathtubs are very well maintained. The room service could do better honestly which as the only dab on the overall experience there. We stayed in a frontline apt and the kitchen was well stocked with all utensils needed for normal cooking when at home. The place is away from the traffic and yet close to shops which one needs for buying basic amenities. Overall the place is value for money and I would love to come again anytime.

The location to V& A Waterfont is good but party noise late into the night in the complex is not good for a quiet stay if that is what your expect !! The management informed they have no control over the noise level but the Municipality or Police . Is it not a managed Holliday apartment with its set of rules? Absence of washing machine/dryer also below expectation.
