Loved that my work was literally next door to the Mayo City Event Center. Downfall was I stayed two days and made those reservations due to the amenities and location loved that they had a hot tub due to the work I do it be nice to relax but was not able to enjoy due too loud boisterous children which states in rules on there wall that not to be parents were not keeping there children in check. We went down at 9 pm in hopes that it be quieter. We lasted 15 min and the piercing loud screaming jumping in pool enough to be splashing us in hot tub and children that are 12 and under in hot tub was not enjoying I went to front desk to make a complaint and also asked do they have just adult hours at all . She replied no it’s open to everyone I’m like ok thanks cause I knew the conversation wasn’t going to go anywhere. So we spent over 600 for the eeekend and was not able to utilize the amenities. Not only that the microwave was broke in the room never heated up so couldn’t reheat any food and lost out on that. Hotel was nice just not the amenities. I believe they need to implement an adults only time frame in there small pool area with hot tub. It gets loud very easily.

For over $250 per night I expect a complimentary breakfast and to get my room cleaned more than every other day. I had to haul out my own trash, and the trash bins on the floor were overflowing. The bathroom fan didn't work. The front desk people were sullen. No clock radio in the room. This property is in rapid decline. I've stayed at this property two or three times a year for over ten years, but will never go back.

Hilton Garden Inn Mankato, beautiful Hotel, great rooms, dining excellent, walking distance to concert pavilion. Hilton has the best showers ever. Only one Hotel is my first choice ........................ Hilton Brand. PartyOnPeople.

Hilton Mankato, is a fabulous Hotel. In house Restaurant is magnificent dining, service, gracious & professional. Rooms are very stylish and comfortable. Hilton showers are the best. One Hotel for me as I travel, ............... Hilton. Believe That. PartyOnPeople.

Great location and very friendly staff

The parking ramp was kind of a pain

The mirror in mine and my sisters bathroom had several black smoky smears on them. The shower had hair on the ceiling and overall the room was quite disgusting. There are two elevators and only one worked after our second trip downstairs. The gal at checkin was walking around and we waited over five minutes for someone to come tell us that "it'll be a minute" then she was short with us when we got there. Overall, this hotel left much to be desired with the only benefit being the location.

We had reserved a room with a King Bed through Hotels.com for one night. When we arrived, the host at the desk gave us an ADA room. When we asked to be moved to a non-ADA room, the type of room we requested, he told us he was unable to do so and that hotels.com sends their information to Hilton hotels specifically requesting ADA, regardless of what the user requested. When I showed him our reservation, the front desk host stated there weren't any more rooms available as they were booked solid. During our short stay, we never saw another hotel guest - not in the elevators nor in the lobby. We saw three people in the lobby bar that evening, but that was it. It happened that the same person was at the front desk when we checked out and he asked us how our stay was. When I told him that we doubted the hotel was booked as he had stated and that we suspected he was being untruthful, he stated that he was sorry that there weren't more people in the lobby to show us how many people were staying there. I told him he didn't have to be a jerk and that this is no way to treat a customer who just spent a fair amount of money for a type of room they didn't reserve. I will never stay at that Hilton again.

Nice stay, it was a noisy our last night. There were a bunch ok kids running up & down the hallway, yelling & having fun.
