Perfect location for our event and property was clean and well furnished

I was woke up at 2 in the morning the morning by fighting yelling in the hallways like some one was also trying to get into our room . It was a nightmare

The bed was not comfortable and was woke up in the middle of the the night

This Hilton is in downtown Mankato, adjacent to River, and close to convention center and food. They allow pets, and there are nearby trails and parks . Covered parking is available, which is nice in winter. The hotel is dated, the rooms have poor lighting, the furnishings need upgrades, the WiFi is poor and cannot handle streaming. Worst of all, they were unable to keep the peloton connected to the internet or functional for the entire time I was there. According to the last connection test- it hadn’t functioned for 2 months. The Peloton was the only reason I chose this hotel, and it was nonfunctional. The desk refused to give me the access code so that I could work on it myself. For the price, the hotel should offer much more. The staff is friendly, but lacks customer service skills and is ill- informed about the rooms- we were told before check - in that our room was a 2 room suite, which was important as we were largely hotel confined for the 3 days that we stayed. It was a single room, and the desk attendant did not know the difference between the room layouts.
