"A/C unit not withstanding, the facility is a well run, clean, nice place to stay in Waxahachie."

Good service and good food for breakfast.(crisp bacon and easy to make waffle was a plus).

Loud-noisy A/C unit in room 206. Recycles on and off far too often. (Motor in A/C unit sounds unbalanced while creating a very annoying and disturbing 'rattle' sound during cooling operation.

"Well kept older BW Plus! Great for a girls trio staycation!"

I do not know why this hotel has a two star writing. It should at least be a three. It is very convenient to any shopping and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Although it is a older hotel, it has been maintained nicely. There are a few things such as toilet seats need to be replaced and the pool light does not work. However, they allowed us to swim past the 10 o’clock hour as that was our objective with my daughter and granddaughters. I would stay at this hotel again and the manager Raj was very friendly and I told him I was pleased with the stay. Would have stayed another night, but had to get home to work.

We had three rooms and had a wonderful stay!! There’s a park with a splash pad directly behind the hotel, and lots of dining within walking distance!! The pool and gym were nice and everything was clean!! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back!
