Best Western Plus Waxahachie Inn & Suites

The check in/out was a breeze. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were nice. My only problem was the carpet was gross and i kept my flip flops on at all times walking around the room. The shower control was a little wobbly, but otherwise, all was just fine. The breakfast was really nice too. Hot and fresh. Eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravey plus the waffle and cereal choices. I would stay there again.

My toilet flooded twice!! The maintenance relived the toilet the second time…and left the room! Was I to ask for a new room?? When were they returning?? I had to ask for a new room!! It should have been automatically offered !!

First the staff is outstanding—from front desk-breakfast staff—maids. The facility is in terrible need of remodeling and repairs. The air conditioner has a filter that is torn and filthy. My wife was congested the whole time we were there. The show did not drain out- not sloped to drain. Looks like dog chewed up the bathroom wall paper and door. Room 314. Would not stay there again.

Bed linens need to ge replaced. Maintenance need more attention, wallpaper coming off the wall in several places in tge bathroom.
