Incredible staff. Exquisite breakfast. Very nice bathrooms. Feels like an oasis in the middle of a city. Views right along the river. Nice pool. Live pianist. Really thoughtful design. And amazing spa!! There’s also a really lovely Buddha and meditation area.

At first, we were quite disappointed with the double bed room while we booked a king size. The manager was quite proactive, offering us a suite master for the second and third nights.

Reservation should provide the correct accommodation in the first place, not as a correction of a situation.

Breakfast buffet and food overall was great. Scenic, peaceful location right on the river will a nice pool set up. Rooms spacious and in old school Thai luxury design. Staff very helpful and pleasant. The patios are spacious with a day bed which is nice touch.

The TV's do not have netflix or apps. Just cable which in way is good. You can watch Netflix at home so just enjoy Chang Mai and the beautiful property.
