Breakfast was good & the staff at the breakfast place were very good with their service. Overall all the staff at this hotel were very polite & friendly. It was also good that they had airport transfer to & from the hotel. This hotel is also very wheelchair friendly

Das Personal wirkte kühl und wenig herzlich, ein freundlicher Empfang blieb aus. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr düster und nicht besonders einladend. Das Frühstück ist ausbaufähig: nur geringe Auswahl an Marmelade, kein Honig, und der Kaffee wird ausschließlich an den Tisch gebracht – da wir dies zunächst nicht wussten, wurden wir entsprechend schief angeschaut. Im Zimmer fehlen Stauraummöglichkeiten für Kleidung, im Bad gibt es lediglich einen Handtuchhalter. Beim Check-out wurden wir weder verabschiedet noch nach unserem Aufenthalt gefragt. Insgesamt kein Aufenthalt, den wir wiederholen würden.

Fin æstetisk atmosfære Personalet var søde og imødekommende

ALT for få liggestole ved poolen. Virkelig et minus, at der slet ikke var plads, når man havde bruge for et par timers afslapning! Kan få os til at vælge det fra en anden gang.

Prachtige locatie, fantastische suite (120 m2!), allervriendelijkst personeel

Ontbijt zou, op dit prijsniveau, iets uitgebreider mogen. Te weinig plek rondom het zwembad, en, natuurlijk weer vervelende medegasten die dit oplossen door al om 8 uur een handdoek op een stoel neer te leggen. Het Thaise personeel is té vriendelijk om hier tegen op te treden, ik zag mensen die 4 uur wegbleven, waarschijnlijk naar de stad, en hun ligstoel al die tijd onbeheerd, met een handdoekje en boek, achterlieten. Het personeel deed hier niets aan.
