"Fantastic floor staff food not great"

"Great hotel,great food here ."

This was my second time staying here.The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Had a great sleep and a delicious breakfast next morning. I'll be back again.

"A disappointing stay"

The room was a good size, facilities were adequate and there was plenty of space

The staff did not seem engaged with their customers at all - more interested in their own conversations! This happened several times over our visit and therefore found this hotel to be not at the same standard as others that we stayed at. The breakfast was total chaos upon the arrival of a coach party and only a couple of girls to support. It needed more staff to cope with the demand.

"Wonderful food, very cosy room, amazing spa"

The food was superb. The Maître D during dinner service was exceptionally organised and extremely attentive. The lovely girl and young waiter during dinner we found to be very pleasant and helpful. Amy in the spa, gave the most wonderful massage. It was heaven. I would definitely return to this spa. The environment was relaxed and you were not rushed. Check in lady was lovely and a nice gesture to offer to help with our luggage!

The spa is a little difficult to reach and far away from the hotel lobby. The hotel bar needs to be much larger to cater for guests. During a delicious dinner Saturday night, the bar could have had more staff as cocktails took longer only due to nobody free to order from. Carpets are slightly worn but the room was the perfect size with everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and a great size. We loved the relaxed atmosphere. Staff were attentive without being in your space 24/7. I feel like the building externally could be painted. It did not reflect the inside. More stock at the breakfast buffet as many items were gone.
