Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Airport

This hotel was beautiful, clean and refreshing. The bed was comfortable and the staff was exceptional. I would defiinitely recommend it and stay again if I come to Colorado Springs. Gin

It was a clean hotel loved the bath products a/c worked great

Pillows were flat and only had 3 for 2 people. Tv only had streaming service you had to sign into and no regular channels so tv was basically no existent.

Everything was great

We did not eat there because we spent our days out hiking. The staff there is amazing and the hotel was clean, accommodating, highly recommend.

I didn't realize when we booked a room, it didn't have complimentary breakfast. That's always a plus to have that service so I was disappointed.

I regret to say that my recent experience at The Hampton Inn - Colorado Springs-Airport, CO was very disappointing. The condition of the property was terrible. The room window wouldn't close completely, which caused issues with allergies, noise, and inconsistent room temperature. The entire property was in complete disrepair, including an unsafe elevator with several missing control panel screws and exposed wiring. Several non-working electrical outlets in the room. The carpets and walls throughout the place were horribly stained and worn, and even the mini-refrigerator wasn't functioning correctly. The breakfast options were poor, and they frequently ran out of items. Coffee was almost nonexistent during our stay. The worker in charge of the breakfast was unprofessional and inattentive. While the front desk worker in the late afternoon was very polite, there was only so much she could do to improve the situation. As a loyal Hilton Honors member and for nearly 20 years (past diamond status), I am thankful that this hotel does not represent the usual quality found at Hilton properties.
