"NOT Worth The Money"

Unfortunately, it was not a good experience staying at Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Airport. The afternoon I checked in, the front desk host did not greet me and neither did the woman next to him. I let them know I was checking in and gave my ID. No words were said. I requested a physical key, and got one, along with no words said, once again. It felt very awkward and rude. I got my keys and went to my room. It was filled with boxes and looked like it was used as storage. I went back to the front desk and showed a photo and asked for a new room. Once again, he said nothing and neither did she. No apology. He took my keys and gave me new ones. The new room had a dirty shower and the TV was having a lot of problems. I went to the front desk to talk about it and no one was there. We went to the pool and it was ice cold. The hot tub was not hot and was barely even warm. I tried to go to the front desk again, and no one was there. Horrible room, horrible pool and hot tub, and horrible staff, including housekeeping that cant clean a shower and front desk staff that are rude and unhelpful.

Room was dirty :( Who knows if the bedding was cleaned properly based off what we found on our room's floor and shower. We were offered a free breakfast, which was delish. But sad its a more expensive stay and no free breakfast. A beautiful hotel just needs better training off staff and quality checks with house keeping.

The restaurant only being open for 5-10 wasn’t real convenient. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds i’ve ever slept on. The pool was uncomfortably cold.
