I recently stayed at The Savoy Hotel and, while the location and overall atmosphere remain very good, this visit wasn’t quite as enjoyable as my previous stay. There was a noticeable smell in the room, which affected the overall comfort. I’m hoping this was just a one-off issue, as I’ve had a better experience here before and would love to see it return to the high standard expected of a 5-star hotel.

Room I had previously booked direct and booked via booking on this trip much cheaper rate via booking which disappointingly reflected on the room

Stayed here before and was lovely bar the pool is more like a three star hotel. Called to rebook as having issues online and the staff member was so rude. Shocking service from a five star hotel. Won’t be back.

We didn't have breakfast because it was too expensive. Water was all over the floor after shower. It must have been coming out from under shower door during shower. Room 310. Forget to tell reception when leaving.
