I didn’t have breakfast the hotel was nice

The suite was very Smll and over priced

Location, cleanliness and staff

The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable

Perhaps slightly lower in price would be great

Overall a 3-4 star hotel. Good: bar but slow service. Nice foyer. Friendly reception and concierge. Executive lounge. Rituals products. Comfortable bed. Not good: gym and spa area very tired and not welcoming at all. 3 nights and room cleaned once alveit out of room as of 11 till 1630 on day 2. Had to ask for towels at reception. Breakfast table service not good, very slow and staff not 5 star hotel trained, I.e asked to keep cutlery for second course. No glutenfree option for bread offered on menu. No lactose free joghurts offered on menu. In hotel restaurant, staff always hovering too much and one cannot relax and enjoy a meal as courses are rushed, eventhough there are empty tables and no need to get our table turned around. We ate there twice and both times we felt under pressure to eat quick and get out. Limited tv choices. Would we come back? No. It needs a lot of uplifts to class as a 5 star.
