"Dirty room and rude staff"

I used to like staying here but it seems to have gone downhill.

Very dirty when I arrived… as you can see from the pictures, the housekeeping staff does a real thorough job. And the woman at the desk was super rude to me when I was checking in, tried telling me I was going to have to pay $20 more than what I paid when I booked online, even though she acknowledged that their prices were listed wrong online. How would I know that… when you book something online, you pay what it charges. If those prices aren’t correct, that’s on you. And then she was rude to me as if it was my mistake. Definitely staying somewhere else next time.

"Stay away, no hot water"

Room floor was dirty from previous guest. Bathroom wall and shower wall was dirty. No hot water, was told to run the water for 5 minutes, still no hot water. Desk chair was taped where it had been torn which was all over.

"Nice, clean hotel that seems to have a lot of potential"

I really felt like the lady on my way out checking out was pretty rude. Also, your breakfast buffet had no signage explaining the foods. I can’t eat pork so I couldn’t touch any of the meat because there was no proper signage anywhere.

I felt like for the price I paid. The staff could’ve been a little bit more friendlier, and the breakfast could’ve been a lot better.
