"Disappoinnting and Definitely not a "Best Western PLUS"""

This place is so damned convenient to the Upper Fox Valley that we sucker into staying here too often. In reality, it's very poorly managed. Wi-Fi is terrible, the hot tub has been broken for months now , and good luck finding anyone at the Front Desk. Not sure how it got the "Plus" on Best Western sign - it should really be called a "Best Western Less". We'll be staying at the Neenah BW from now on - I give up.

"It was a place to sleep."

Clean close to airport

Wifi was terrible. Staff didn’t seem to care that it didn’t work. The breakfast ran out early, housekeeping didn’t make the room up daily. The pillows weren’t very comfortable.

Great location and staff was wonderful!

The fan in the bathroom didn't work and the rooms were very humid. Towels and swim suites wouldn't ever dry!

"Poor"

The hotel was dirty and not a lot of upkeep. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed and the elevator floor was filthy. There was geese poop everywhere outside so you had to watch where you stepped. I would stay somewhere else next time.
