Breakfast was good and room was decent

Hot tub was cold and really gross looking and jets barely worked. Pool was ok. We tried using the game room but only One thing would work besides the pool table and the front desk lady was of zero help with it

"Perfect Location, Nice Place"

Stayed here while in town for some Timber Rattlers games. Hotel is in walking distance to the stadium. Very nice and well kept up. Has a nice sitting area and patio. Convinient location. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent. Would definitley stay here again when in the area.

Location, staff and age of property were good.

The room was not as clean as I’d hoped. Carpet hadn’t looked like it had been vacuumed since last guest was there. Fan in bathroom was not working & vent was caked with dust. The bathtub drain stop was pulled out & laying on corner of tub.

"Highly recommended if you’re staying in Appleton"

We rented a whirlpool suite. It was my partner and I and I must say that this hotel is beautiful. Everything is freshly painted new carpet. I’m not sure if this is an old hotel renovated or a brand new hotel that’s how well it’s done. Everything was great as far as our room the bed was big and comfortable. The remote didn’t work, but that’s not a big deal things like that happen batteries go dead.:) the whirlpool was huge and clean, had its own room but wasn’t very hot. My only complaint would be the breakfast was not five star, but it was just a little things that made it that way. The butter was kept in the freezer so obviously no butter went on anything and the biscuits were cold. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel!

The only positive was the workers they were fantastic and had great customer service, but the building itself was dirty, not kept up-to-date. There was fixtures in my room that were coming off the wall, dirt and hair left in the bathroom. received multiple bug bites on my body, not sure if it was from the hot tub, which was slimy or the bed.
