I arrived later than anticipated, but late check-in was very efficient. I wanted a clean, quiet room and I expected to arrive early enough to dine out, but because of delays local dining options were closed. The kitchenette was a lifesaver.

Room was clean and comfortable, price was reasonable, parking for 2 cars, neighborhood was safe, coffee shop next door, employee made sure we had what we needed.

Train was loud, road construction made you have to drive past and make a U-turn. But, once figured out how to get around it, went down ally. Some cosmetic damage in bathroom and mirror in bathroom was useless.

Man who checked us in was excellant and friendly, and worked late to insure we were taken care of. He clearly wanted to make us happy, but accidentally forgot to give me back my credit card and license before leaving so he made a seperate trip to return it later that evening and was very apologetic. The rooms are fairly quiet, comfortable, clean and spacious, quaint 1920 motel with hacienda like vibe.

I didnt like the TV Streaming service because I could not find mainstream news that wasnt right wing. They do offer lots of other channels. They have stations that usually offer more moderate news choices, but the moderate national news options were not included. I checked the whole list multiple times and opened up all possible options over our 4 night stay to insure I hadnt missed anything. The attendee argued with me about it after I mentioned it as a minor complaint. Access to bottled water without going looking for a store would have been nice. The only open store on Saturday eve at 7:30 pm was the 711. The road construction meant we had to go further to find things as most the turns were blocked at our end of the road. There arent many grocery options in the area. The kitchenette was fine but no salt or pepper, and only toxic teflon pans to cook in. They do provide dishes, dish soap, silverware, microwave and small fridge. Ask the front desk for a bag of ice when you first arrive as they dont stay late. I didnt like that we were not told until we arrived that the parking lot would not be accessible for 5 hours on Saturday from 3:30 to 8:30pm due to a special event and tastings at the venu for a fee. Othewise it was quite nice and I may return.
