La gente que atiende en hotel es muy amable y servicial (nos atendió Alexandra), dependimos siempre del shuttle interno y resultó muy bien. La habitación amplia, limpia. El baño bueno especialmente con buena ducha.

Stayed here a few years ago, it has gone completely downhill since then. This could at most be classed as a 4 star and only because of the amenities. Even then, the restaurants are poor and service is nowhere near what it was in the past. And it’s such a shame because it has the best location with the most amazing views, so it’s sacrilege that the hotel doesn’t maximise on this. Just a few gripes: Taxi I booked to pick us up from the airport cancelled 24 hours beforehand - seriously???? Two small bottles of water at the start of my stay, you then have to pay for water for every other day that you stay. I paid €9 for a small bottle of water and an iced latte. Scandalous. Room was just ok, bed was comfy, but the balcony was so run down and the chairs looked like they would collapse just by me looking at them. No one to serve me a drink in the one restaurant that was open at 4pm. Dirty plates and chairs on the stunningly beautiful terrace. Breakfast was so average, more 3 star than 5. I didn’t use the pool or the beach bar - dread to think what’s become of those. As I say, such a shame as we’ve had a beautiful stay previously and the owners are wasting a wonderful opportunity. Please take this feedback as a chance to improve!

Idealna baza wypadowa na krótki pobyt w cudownej Grecji, blisko lotniska ale nie słychać samolotów bo hotel jest schowany za górą, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa szczególnie przy poradach dotyczących okolicznych atrakcji, pokój był czysty i pachnący - sprzątany codziennie, jedzenie bardzo się poprawiło - śniadania były obsługiwane wzorowo do samego zamknięcia i zdecydowanie jest w czym wybierać, świetną opcją jest możliwość zjedzenia na wielkim tarasie z widokiem na całą zatokę, hotel posiada korty, boisko do siatkówki i duży basen. Atutem jest wygodne zejście do morza i dużo leżaków na trawniku nad samą wodą. Jest też obok centrum sportów wodnych dla lubiących adrenalinę. W pobliżu jest też kilka urokliwych tawern idealnych na wieczorne posiady. Czuliśmy się tu znakomicie i na pewno wrócimy jesienią

The property was lovely and the management and staff were exceptional.

No electrical outlets in the bathroom Lighting was terrible it felt like you were at an intimate dinner all day long As someone lactose intolerant the breakfast buffet without a station preparing custom egg entrees it was extremely limited. So if someone was vegan it would also not enable a great breakfast experience. The ability to dine at a few different restaurants would assist in the overall overnight as well as a longer stay experience
