The first room I checked into had rust in the bath tub and toilet. Moved to a new room. The new room smelled of cigarette smoke.

For $318 a night, I expect a little more luxury. Just an average room in an average hotel. Also they may have billed me twice, I am waiting to see the final charges. If i have to contact them to correct that situation then I will give them less than one star.

"Very nice clean property. Only flaw was the hard bed."

The property was very nice. We came for Bike week in Leesburg, they were very accommodating to the bikers. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and great breakfast! The rooms smelled fresh and were nice and cool.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, left me with a horrible backache and needing Tylenol.
