Convenient in and out, close to shopping and restaurants and the FL Caverns. Property could use updating but A/C worked great in 94F weather. Breakfast was good with the usual options along with scrambled eggs and sausage. Saw a cockroach by the drain near the ice machine and reported it to the desk. Would stay here again

Room was decent for price.

The lady at the front was incredibly rude. Her name was Rebecca. She was super snarky and hateful. After driving HOURS until 12:30 am- thats the absolute last thing you want to deal with. Maybe thats why shes the one there when hardly anyone comes- i dont know. But replace her.

"Overall stay was excellent. 2nd time staying here. This time family joined. Kids enjoyed pool."

Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed breakfast every morning and location was great, close to Walmart and fast food restaurants.

Room was pretty much clean but had a smell. Carpet was dirty. Feet and socks were dirty when walking without slippers or shoes. Stayed 3 nights, housekeeping wasn’t on point with towels, had to go down and get more towels daily instead of them bringing more.

Reading other sketchy reviews of hotels in the area, I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and friendly staff. Breakfast room was very clean and orderly with helpful hostess. Day shift front desk staff was also accommodating. Since this was just a sleep stop, we did not require any extra amenities. The cleanliness and soft absorbent towels made for a relaxing stay.
