Location.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times. Each time more things are broken. There is one ice machine in the hotel. One vending machine area. This is unacceptable for older guests. The breakfast this time was limited and not very good.

Staff was cool. They were always willing to hand out extra towels, plastic ware, and give dining/delivery recommendations when asked. Room service was quick to resolve minor issues and the location of the hotel made it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. All in all I would stay here again in a hearbeat.

The breakfast was okay. The server was very friendly. The serving area was clean and there was adequate food. It was located in a good central place in the facility. The room was clean and met our expectations. The abundant coffee after a long drive was appreciated. Towels were good. The television was good and didn't require a Phd to operate. The hotel was close to a number of restaurants which was nice. Also close to I-10 and was quiet.

The orange juice wasn't mixed properly and was extremely weak with way too much water. I also was disappointed that biscuits weren't offered daily. The parking was not good. It filled quickly and it was hard to find a space. Spaces for parking were also tight.The lawn and grounds sorely needed attention. One in ground light had been broken and according to the staff it had been broken for months; this was clearly a hazard as wires were exposed. The springs in one of our queen beds gouged me in the back and made for an uncomfortable sleep. The toilet made a loud clunking noise when used, but did work. When I tried to check in the desk clerk was missing in action for several minutes and no one was in evidence.
