"Limited options in Altus. I may choose another one"

Hotel is fine: standard Hampton Inns property. The problem is the staff. I’m not sure how to stop housekeeping from entering my room. Do not disturb sign is out and ignored. I just flew in from Germany and I’m just trying to sleep and 2 days in a row they both knocked and tried to enter despite the do not disturb sign. Please stop.

The staff was great. The hotel needs refurbished. It has a smell of cigarette smoke. The carpets were dingy and old. However, the breakfast was really good.

Staff was pleasant. Room was dirty. Black mold in bathroom. Furniture stained. Not sure sheets were clean. Slept on top of bed. Again, staff was friendly
