Bugs were everywhere, ac doesn't work, thermostat does work. Staff isnt friendly, the area is nice but the holiday inn is right next to it. I had to cut my stay short and move hotels, do not go here.

The property had a smell, in the elevator, and hallways.

The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was extremely friendly and willing to accommodate

My children and I went to enjoy breakfast 30 minutes before it was over, and there was no waffle mix. I looked for the breakfast host, and she was not willing to bring more mix out. My children were so excited for waffles, so it was a disappointment. However, we did have eggs and sausage available. I liked how the fruit was washed and wrapped in Saran wrap. The juice and coffee was good. The dining room felt like we was eating in a storage room as it was cluttered with mattresses and other hotel supplies . The hotel doesn't have enough towels, you can only have 2 towels at a time, i got in late in the evening after going to the fair with my two 6 year olds , stopped at the desk to ask for a couple extra towels , couldn't receive them without going to my room and bringing the dirty ones down first
