Sleep Inn & Suites Palatka North

Property is dated. Light fixtures in bathroom and bedroom were rusted, tiles by bathtub floor were cracked and several were missing. Hallway smelled musty and unable to see out the windows - they were very dirty. Linens were clean, beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked well. Had to get maintenance to fix toilet, which they addressed quickly.

It was great from check-in thru check-out. Th morning coffe, eggs & sausage were good also. I would definitely stay again

Clean room

I have stayed here several times now and the staff is ALWAYS Pleasent and Cordial. The breakfast bar is good. And there are other places to eat within a very short walking distance.

We loved the location, there was plenty places close by to eat or grab snacks, which comes in handy especially when you have kids. Also loved having a coffee pot in our room, with all the things I needed for a hot cup early in the morning.

I cannot say there was anything that we didn’t like.

Horrible smell, furniture was visibly dirty and damaged, moldy dirty bathroom and windows

The hotel was old and very run down filthy and staff was not helpful.

There was nothing I liked about this place. Not ONE thing

There were holes in the walls, the bathroom door was so damaged, my young son could push it open without even opening the door, the microwave wouldn't turn off when I opened to check it, fridge was dirty, smoke detector wasn't even hooked up, smelled of mold, LOTS of mildew, hair on the comforter, floor was so dirty I NEVER walked without my shoes on, I cleaned the tub before I would let my son take a bath, outlets by bed were so lose I didn't dare use them, central heat and air unit was disabled and only window unit available but smelled awful, charged one price when signed at location and charged $20 more on credit card and when I asked she said "it was taxes" and I was dumbfounded that on a $160 charged total there would be $20 worth of taxes.... needless to say I would NEVER EVER NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. I would sleep in my car before I stayed here.
