Hotel CLARUM 101

Check in staff member was great and received me with good attitude. Later that evening around 10:30-11PM I received a call stating that I requested to only stay one night. Then he changed it and said that I only paid for one night and that I would have to check out Saturday by 11AM.

The hotel is nice and well situated..lots of restaurants and nice neighborhood

Great staff and accommodations, this was a large house turned into a hotel boutique.

The hotel is located in chapalita, one of the best neighborhoods in Guadalajara. There are many restaurants and bares close to the hotel. In general, my stay was great but if you are looking for resting and sleeping well and early, it’s probable you should book another hotel because there is a small bar close to the hotel. If I come back to Guadalajara, I will stay again in this hotel.

We've stayed here before so we're comfortable with the area and the surrounding. It was an amazing deal first and the owners and employees are always so good. While our room was supposed to have a jetted tub - it may have had but it was located in the patio and it was not usable and certainly not considered a jetted tub when it only has a facet that fills a tiled basin area. That was the only slightest issue. Great location, security and walking distance to all the essentials. Would recommend and stay again

Great place to stay. The place has personalized attention and everyone is very nice. Definitely returning.

Property needs a lot of maintenance, including the bathroom's sewer in the hotel room.

Extremely clean, great design for a boutique hotel. Lots of eateries around you can park at hotel and walk around to them as it is convenient and safe.

Will look for a new hotel next time most likely. Not good on the basics.
