The thermostat in the room did not work. It was stuck on deep freeze. We actually had to go into the fuse box to turn it off. The furniture in the bedroom. None of the drawers worked. We could not get them open.

There were kids always in the hot tub so we never got to use it! Maybe the staff could keep a better eye on the facility. We couldn’t get the sliding door to slide good it kept coming off track and it wouldn’t lock.
